4C) Unlicensed Stockist/Vendor
All of our Licensed Stockists are certificated via us. If you are Stocking our E-Liquid without authorization by us, we will take the appropriate action to deal with this type of piracy.

You may not stock above the RRP. In the case of Scott's, The Price in-store is £12.00, Online £12.95
6C) European Online Dispute Resolution platform
You will have 14 days from the date of receiving your order. You can return the order to us unopened only and in its original condition to receive full refund (customer to pay shipping costs). If we receive the product in poor condition & we can not re-sell the product, We will call you to arrange to send the product back to you (customer to pay shipping costs).
1.1C) UAR Returns
You will have 14 days from the date of receiving your order. If your order has been vaporized, we can no longer offer the full refund & can only offer you 50% off your orders total. (customer to pay shipping costs). If we receive the product in poor condition & we can not re-sell the product, We will call you to arrange to send the product back to you (customer to pay shipping costs).
1.2C) No Delivery
You will have 30 days from the date of purchasing your order to request a refund if your product was not received. All inquiries are tracked & information from tracking will decide the end result, please note we can no longer track information that is 6 months old.
If you are ordering outside of the United Kingdom, we honour an extra period of 168 hours (7 days) to allow shipping via air or sea, giving in total (37 days) from purchasing your order.
1E) Use of your own product.
You hereby take full responsibility for the use of your E Liquid product. The e-liquids contain nicotine, propylene glycol, flavouring, and other safe flavouring ingredients. Propylene glycol is a water based ingredient found in many health products and medicines. You should consult a doctor before using.
1F) Nicotine Warning*
Our products are not recommended for anyone who does not currently smoke or anyone who has any medical conditions. Please make sure all our products are kept in a locked unit and out of reach of children/minors/pets anyone who should not be consuming nicotine. Our products also contain small parts and are therefore a choking hazard. If you know someone has consumed your nicotine product they should seek immediate medical assistance.

Due to new laws & guidelines set by Pay-Pal, we are now only capturing payments on Tuesday, Thursday & Friday, All orders are still sent on the same day placed, but you won't see payment taken until one of the following set days.
